This article helps you get started with the NowGo mobile app so you can view your assigned shifts and complete your deliveries.

Accessing the NowGo mobile app

To start using NowGo, you need to download the official NowGo mobile app to your mobile device.


Logging in for the first time

When you open the app for the first time, you must authenticate your account to see your workload.

  1. Open the NowGo mobile app.

  2. Enter the email address provided to you by your dispatch manager.

  3. Enter your password.

  4. Click Log in.

Signing in with SSO

Your company might use Single Sign-On (SSO) to manage your login. SSO allows you to log in to NowGo using the same username and password you use for your company’s other internal systems.

If your company uses SSO, click the Sign in with SSO button on the login screen instead of entering a separate NowGo password.


Email addresses for app access

You must use the specific email address that your company used to create your driver profile. If you are unsure which email address to use, contact your dispatcher or operations manager.


Troubleshooting

If you have trouble logging in or cannot see your assigned jobs, ensure you have a stable internet connection or contact your manager to verify your account settings.
